HCI Cost Data provides construction cost data dedicated to Heavy Civil & Infrastructure Construction. The data is sold in multiple Master Estimate Files in the following Estimating Software Formats, HCSS HeavyBid, InEight Estimate & Chief Estimator format. All fully detailed Master Estimates are available for purchase. Each file comes complete with the full setup of Labor, Equipment & Material. In addition to the Master Estimates, a separate Master Estimate includes a Crew & Production Rate library of over 4,500 crews & production rates. The Resource Setup tables are also available as separate Master Estimates that include Labor Rates including Tax & Fringes, Simple Labor Rates, Equipment Rates covering 4 ownership types including Internally Owned, Leased Rates over a 48-month term, leased rates over a 24-month term & Outside Rental over a 12-month term.
Users can upload & restore these Master Estimates into their estimating system and use them as templates to copy from when working on their estimates. Within their estimating software, users can update labor, material & equipment, edit crews and modify crew productivity based on their local market conditions.
Resource Crews & Production Rates
The Master Estimate Assemblies includes over 4,500 crews complete with production rates and man-hour factors for the United States, Canada, Australia & the United Kingdom. The resource setup tables include over 500 craft & staff labor rates, 1,400 equipment rates and 6,000 material rates. In the equipment rate file, equipment is further broken down into both ownership and operated costs, including fuel consumption, electrical power consumption, parts costs, repair labor cost, tires and insurance.Master Estimate Assemblies
The Construction Cost Data includes Master Estimate files covering both Direct & Indirect costs. Each Master Estimate assembly file includes typical Item Unit Prices, Activity Unit Rates, Activity Cost Breakdowns, Man-hour Factors, Production Rates and complete Estimate Detail. The Bid Item and Cost Activities are presented in a multi-level drill down structure including detailed crew makeup, man hours, labor, equipment, and material costs.Master Estimate Packages
Estimators have the option to purchase “Individual” Master Estimate Files or “Packages” of Master Estimates at discounted rates. Users can select a package that contains the Full Collection or Create a Custom Package.Versions
